Policies
Rent must be paid in full 60 days prior to occupancy. All condos are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds
Full refund if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than
60 days prior to arrival unless a last minute booking can fill the
dates.

Dec. 15 - Jan. 1 rates will be $395.00 nightly plus tax. Deposit and other rules may apply.
